I have recently had a terrible chest infection which caused me to cough uncontrollably and we all know when you are with child or if you have had children things don’t work like they used to i.e. pelvic floor!! So not only did I feel terrible and congested I was also mortified at the same time.  As if feeling crappy wasn’t enough to deal with. So I quickly enrolled myself in to BeActive Physio (www.beactivephysio.com) which is a fantastic health and fitness centre specialising in pre and post natal care.  They also do a range of physio treatments as well as pilates and the like.

It has taken my third pregnancy to make me realise that these exercises are VERY important. So my tip to you is always do your pelvic exercises.
